Fox C-6 School District Lagoon Improvements

CDI was contracted by the Fox C-6 School District (Fox) to complete Preliminary Engineering to evaluate alternative improvements for various School system sewage lagoons, determining whether they should be eliminated or improved. Reports were submitted to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources to coordinate, plan, and schedule required improvements for current/future compliance.

The recommended lagoon improvements included several Fox sites. For Ridgewood Middle School, CDI designed a submersible grinder dual pump station and 1,700 linear feet of low-pressure force main, and assisted the school district with transfer of this infrastructure to the continuing agency. For Clyde Hamrick Elementary School, CDI designed expanded storage and small on-site Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF).  The CDI team completed the lagoon closure plans, design, permitting, bid documents, and post-construction services these projects. Additionally, CDI provided topographic survey, boundary survey, and easement plats for this project.
