Health & Wellness

When it comes to benefits, CDI prefers a holistic approach. We believe team members should be afforded multiple options, lending our team the ability to customize their individual plans to meet their personal needs. One of our well-being programs advocates and supports team members throughout challenging diagnoses, and CDI also offers a cost savings program for free general and orthopedic surgeries or scans.

To provide a bit more context to our approach, CDI provides 100% premium coverage for HSA and basic dental plans, as well as 50% premium coverage for eye insurance. In addition to these options, team members can opt into more premium plans and include dependents, with CDI subsidizing 36% to 58% of dependent costs. As an advocate for affordable care, CDI contributes $500 per team member and $1,000 per team member with dependents to our team’s HSAs annually.
