Second Street Reconstruction
CDI provided Civil Engineering services to the City of Effingham for a roadway reconstruction project on 2nd Street. The existing roadway consisted of oil and chip. The scope of services included the initial survey, design for ADA improvements, and design for new concrete jointed pavement, curb and gutter, storm inlets, and additional street parking. CDI prepared an estimate of construction cost and the complete set of roadway construction documents.
