St. Louis City SC Parking Facility
Civil Design, Inc. provided site design services for the construction of a new 300+ parking stall garage for the new St. Louis Soccer Stadium in Downtown St. Louis.
The new parking garage, located at the southeast corner of Olive St. and N 20th St. was to include bike parking, food truck connections, and pop-up storefronts in addition to vehicular parking. CDI services included all site layout and grading, site detailing, stormwater management, and utility connections. With the site being previously developed, an existing combined sewer that bisected the site had to be rerouted as part of the project. Special attention was required to route the new sewer around the proposed garage without intersecting any existing utilities.
