Arrowpoint Elementary is a new 652-student school on a heavily-wooded 30-acre site in North St. Louis County. Its prominent entry features a circular bus apron with drop-off lanes and parking to the east of the building.
CDI provided site development for the Arrowpoint project, including parking and bus lane layouts, play areas and a paved roadway access to bordering roads. Utility design included storm sewers (1500 ft), sanitary sewers (600 ft), and a 43,000 cubic foot detention basin
