An integral part of the university's Residential Life Master Plan, the Defoe Graham project includes renovation of two existing buildings and the construction of three new ones. The complex will provide 814 new beds, along with seminar rooms, kitchens, lounges and study space. Existing buildings will be retrofitted for accessibility. CDI prepared all bridging documents for Defoe Graham, including site, utility and grading plans, specifically:

. site access roadways
. accessible walkways/retaining walls
. Realignment of existing storm/sanitary sewer mains and new storm/sanitary sewer facilities
. Water and gas services
