St. Louis' Old City Hospital is a historic landmark with twelve buildings set on a gently rolling hillside near downtown. Recent renovations promise to breathe new life into the area with residential, office and retail space. The first phase of the project is the Georgian, a 104-unit condominium development with stunning views of the St. Louis arch and the skyline. CDI provided all site design for the Georgian, including multiple parking lots and driveways, utility connections, public and interior sidewalks and site fencing.
