What was once the old city jail site, today is a new 140-car parking lot. Nestled between the City Hall, Savvis Center and City of St. Louis Police Department, the parking lot is located in a heavily-traveled section of the city.

CDI provided site design for a 140-space parking lot including grading, storm sewers, steam tunnel removal, lighting and parking gates.
