Working with MSD and the City of St. Charles, CDI was contracted to collect data from temporary flow meters and to make recommendations on their findings. Specific projects included:
. Separate MSD metering projects (2004-2006) retrieved and evaluated data from 350 meters
. Downtown St. Louis metering projects (MSD) gathered and managed data from 50 flow meters for combined sewers
. Blackstone and Tower Grove projects (MSD) Studied findings from 13+ meters for each area
. Various Locations in St. Charles Studied findings from seven flow meters
