In anticipation of its new three-story building, The Center for Emerging Technology needed three existing buildings taken down.
CDI provided all project management and construction management for the client, from demolition drawings to management of the bid process and awarding of the job. CDI also provided construction management oversight as the owners' representative during the demolition.
