In 2005 the city of Frontenac contracted with CDI to rework existing storm ditches and culverts that were not draining properly. CDI remedied the problem by recutting the ditches, lowering the improved drain, and uncovering driveway culverts along Clayton Road.
Upon further analysis, CDI was able to identify sections of Clayton Road that were in need of full replacement to a depth of 14." Less severe spots were also replaced and resurfaced to a depth of 5."
