The University of Missouri - Columbia has partnered with local investors to attract life science business enterprises to the region. CDI is proud to be part of a project that has already had a positive impact on local economies.
CDI prepared all civil engineering services for the Life Sciences Incubator, including site layout, accessible walkways, loading dock, parking lots and the MU facility connector roadway. Utility design included storm drainage, sanitary sewer, fire and domestic water, and natural gas services. CDI coordinated new and existing utility mains to help transition public and private utility services.
