Manager, Hydraulic Analysis (Environmental)

Jenna Niebuhr, PE, has twelve years of experience in the civil engineering field. In her role as Hydraulic Analysis Manager, Ms. Niebuhr manages all temporary metering data analysis projects. These projects include a variety of meters and applications measuring flowrates of separate and combined sewer systems.

Ms. Niebuhr earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Missouri.
