During his 20-plus year career, Dennis LaRose, has managed every stage of civil engineering from conceptual design and environmental documentation to detailed plans and specifications. In his work with CDI, he has experience in Roadways, Site Development and Hydraulics, and manages the Transportation Market for CDI.

Mr. LaRose holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri, Rolla. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, and Texas.
