Vicki LaRose, PE, founded CDI in 1996 to answer a local need for responsive, quality-driven civil engineering services. Ms. LaRose began her career in project management at St. Louis-based Sverdrup Corporation (now Jacobs Engineering). Ms. LaRose continues to provide executive leadership and oversight on all CDI projects.

Ms. LaRose earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla. She is a registered Professional Engineer in both Missouri and Illinois.
